Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase or prior to order shipment — whichever occurs first. Refunds may be requested via the Orders page in My Account.
Returns for a refund minus shipping costs and merchant fees may be requested within three days of confirmed order delivery. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, regardless of order status.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Factory-sealed products must be factory-sealed in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Exchanges
As many items sold are unique, we do not offer exchanges on returned orders.
Returning an order
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address listed on your order invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for your order minus shipping and merchant fees will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven of days of us confirming receipt of the return. We are not responsible for any return costs (such as shipping fees) incurred by the buyer.
